The operating idea
Local storage can place prepared inventory nearer to expected demand. Avoylo coordinates the placement, receiving, custody, fulfillment, and accounting records required to make that arrangement understandable to both sides. Actual placement availability depends on eligible capacity and accepted terms.
Distinct responsibilities
The Seller declares and prepares the parcel. The Host reviews opportunities, receives assigned parcels, protects inventory, and completes the authorized exact-parcel task. Carrier records describe shipment movement. None of these roles should silently stand in for another party’s confirmation.
Evidence at important transitions
Parcel identity, receiving observations, staging evidence, and carrier acceptance describe different stages of the work. If the evidence is incomplete, the process should preserve the uncertainty and route the issue for review rather than assume a successful handoff.
Clear commercial records
Storage follows accepted placement terms and authoritative time in storage. Handling is attached to the applicable completed event. Carrier charges are separated from service charges. Corrections should remain connected to the original record so that users can understand what changed and why.
Learn before committing inventory
The public guides explain the model, while the agreements and policies state the governing terms. Registration, Host approval, local capacity, and provider availability can differ. Check the relevant workflow before promising a shipment or making space commitments.
