Hosts provide suitable storage and complete verified tasks for prepared, sealed parcels. Apply with the space and operating capacity you can reliably maintain.
Apply before accepting work
Describe your space, usable capacity, access arrangements, availability, and equipment. Provide clear photos without exposing private household information. Review can request changes. Submission or conditional approval does not itself activate operational access.
Decide on each opportunity
Review the parcel details, storage offer, quantity, and requirements before accepting an eligible opportunity. Acceptance freezes that placement’s applicable terms. Do not accept work that exceeds your safe capacity or depends on services you cannot provide.
Receive and protect inventory
Verify the physical parcel against the authorized identity, inspect visible condition, and complete the receiving checks. Store parcels in a clean, dry, secure area separated from personal goods. Escalate discrepancies or unsafe contents through the incident flow.
Complete the handoff record
Use the assigned exact-parcel task. Follow the label, staging evidence, and carrier handoff instructions. A staged parcel is still in your custody until the authoritative handoff event. A missed pickup requires the appropriate follow-up, not a second normal outbound charge.
Understand earnings and exit duties
Pilot inbound handling earns $0.25 per parcel and outbound handling earns $1.00 at the applicable completed events. Accepted storage earnings belong to the Host under the policy. Earnings mature for seven full days; payout availability and provider activation are separate. No opportunity volume or income is guaranteed.
Pausing availability stops new opportunities according to your settings. It does not abandon parcels already in your care. Coordinate any transfer or removal before closing your operation.
