Prepare one shippable unit
Pack and seal the unit you intend to send to a customer. Record its contents, quantity, dimensions, weight, and value accurately. Give each physical parcel its own identity. Hosts do not pick loose products, build bundles, or perform hidden repacking work.
Request a placement
Create an inbound request with your destination area, parcel details, and storage offer. An eligible Host must accept the placement. Wait for the authorized destination and instructions before dispatch; a general coverage description is not permission to ship.
Follow receipt into inventory
Carrier delivery is only one part of inbound. The assigned Host checks identity and condition and records receipt. A parcel becomes stored through the confirmed receiving flow. Differences in quantity or measurements are recorded for review, rather than silently replacing your declaration.
Fulfill an exact parcel
Create an order with accurate recipient details and select eligible stored inventory. The Host verifies the assigned parcel, applies the authorized label, stages it, and follows the handoff process. Staging and carrier acceptance are separate milestones.
Review costs and exceptions
Your statement separates handling, storage, and carrier pass-through charges. Check linked operational records if a charge is disputed. Preserve parcel references and evidence when reporting an issue; a customer refund and an operational claim are separate decisions.
